How It Works

  • The Order Manager tracks about 30 different order events, including Order Received, Ship Date Entered, Backorder Filled, Tracking Number Imported, and more.
  • As the merchant, you control which events are tracked and customize the status text for each event.
  • Links to the Order Status System can be included in email messages and on your website for easy customer access.
  • Whenever a status event occurs, the Order Manager automatically sends updates to our servers in real time.
  • Customers can check their order status by either:
    • Clicking a link in an email they received from you.
    • Visiting your website and entering their Zip code and order number.

The system instantly displays up-to-the-minute order details in a response page that includes your website’s header and footer, maintaining a seamless branded experience. If tracking numbers have been entered or imported, they will appear as clickable links to UPS, USPS, FedEx, or other carriers’ tracking pages.
