Stone Edge Technologies is seeking a passionate and motivated individual for in-house sales at our King of Prussia office. You will represent a company that provides industry-leading order management software by handling inbound leads, nurturing prospects, and soliciting new leads through creative marketing strategies. We are seeking an ambitious, competitive, highly motivated individual with knowledge of eCommerce and supply chain solutions.
You will be responsible for managing existing accounts and upselling as this will play a role in assessing needs/wants for new customers. You will become an expert in our industry and assist management and development team in identifying areas of need to increase sales.
- Handle all inbound leads (phone, email, etc.)
- Consult with prospects and clients as needed
- Follow up with leads throughout the sales cycle
- Develop a rapport with existing clients and up-sell additional solutions and professional services based on their needs
- Write proposals and ensure proper documentation is completed for entry of deals and account activation
- Remain involved to ensure customer success during implementation process for new customers
- Help us achieve our overall goal of increasing sales and growing our company
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, order management solutions, supply chain management, ERP solutions, and warehousing
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and interpersonal skills required
- Extremely organized and detail oriented
- Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRMs
- Willingness to cold call business contacts is required
