The Orders & Transactions tab of the View Customers screen provides a history of the customer's purchases. It also allows the user to create a new order for the currently viewed customer, or open the Orders screen to view one of the customer's existing orders. Recency, Frequency and Monetary (RFM) data is also available at this tab.
Click the Show
link next to "In This Topic"
at the top of this page to see a series of links in outline form,
which can be used to quickly jump to that section of the topic.
In addition, major topics may provide a brief synopsis of a field's purpose or direct the reader to the appropriate section of the topic by scrolling over the image. To return to the previous location within the same page, right-click the mouse and select [Back].
If clicking a field directs the reader to a different Knowledge Base topic, it will open in a new tab or window, leaving the currently viewed topic open. The browser's settings determine whether a new tab or window is opened.

click this button to see a list of the customer' previous orders as well as a summary of data regarding the last date they made a purchase, how many times they made a purchase in a specific time period and the monetary value of those purchases

click this button to create a new order for the current customer
the Current Customer Info & Options screen will open first, and then the Manual Orders screen will appear
