Troubleshooting Integration with Shop.com

If you encounter difficulty importing orders from Shop.com, use the following checklist to troubleshoot the problem:

 

  1. Check the shopping cart setup. Are the username, password and script URL correct?

  2. Is the Catalog ID correct?

  3. Are orders from Shop.com posting to the Stone Edge server? If Yes, contact Stone Edge support to further troubleshoot the problem. If you are not sure whether or not orders from Shop.com are posting to the Monsoon Commerce server, contact Shop.com.
