Quotes Tab of the Customers Screen

Overview

The Quotes tab of the View Customers screen allows the user to quickly find any quotes related to a specific customer. This tab also shows the order numbers associated with quotes that are converted to orders.

Click the Show link next to "In This Topic" at the top of this page to see a series of links in outline form, which can be used to quickly jump to that section of the topic.

In addition, major topics may provide a brief synopsis of a field's purpose or direct the reader to the appropriate section of the topic by scrolling over the image. To return to the previous location within the same page, right-click the mouse and select [Back].

If clicking a field directs the reader to a different Knowledge Base topic, it will open in a new tab or window, leaving the currently viewed topic open. The browser's settings determine whether a new tab or window is opened.

Fields Displayed at Quotes Tab

Quote #

indicates the number assigned by the Order Manager to a particular quote

Ref. #

indicates the reference number associated with the quote, if one was entered by the user

Date

displays the date that the quote was entered into the system

Name

displays the name of the customer for whom the quote was created

Company

displays the name of the customer's company, if applicable

Grand Total

indicates the total value of the quote

Order #'s

displays the order number assigned to a quote when it is converted into an order

View Quote Button

click this button to open the Quotes screen and view all quotes in the system
