The Shipped column on the Process Orders screen displays the number of items from the Quantity on Hand (QOH) that have been allocated to fill the order, not the number of pieces that have actually been shipped out the door.
It is possible to change the label of the Shipped column to another value, such as "Allocated", by setting system parameter QuantityShippedLabel.
By default, after a user imports new orders, the Qty and Shipped columns on the Process Orders screen both display quantities for "warehouse" items (items that the user stocks in his or her inventory). The quantities in the Qty and Shipped columns will match unless the QOH is insufficient to fill the order. If there is insufficient QOH to fill the order, the number of items available to fill the order is displayed in the Shipped column while the total number of items ordered is displayed in the Qty column and the number of items needed to complete the order is displayed in the BO column. SEOM can be configured to display all warehouse items in the BO column until the user approves the order, if the user prefers.
To display all warehouse items in the BO column until the user approves the order, go to the Main Menu>System Functions>Set System Parameters. Set the FillNewOrders system parameter (in the Order group) to FALSE.
Drop-ship items are displayed as BO after a user imports new orders until an Actual Ship Date is set. If the user prefers to display drop-ship items as Shipped after importing new orders, SEOM can be configured to do this. This may be desirable in the case where the user has configured the system to set the Actual Ship Date automatically upon order import.
To display drop-ship items in the Shipped column after importing new orders, go to the Main Menu>System Functions>Set System Parameters. Set the DropShipShowAsShipped system parameter (in the Drop-ship group) to TRUE.
The Ret column displays the number of units that have been returned, if any.
