Error Message: File or Reference is Missing

Problem

SEOM does not open.

Symptom

User receives an error message indicating a file or reference is missing.

Cause

One or more controls the program uses is no longer registered, perhaps because a file has been moved from its default location or another program was un-installed and removed a shared file.

Solution

Re-install the program or manually re-register the controls used by SEOM.
