The Quick View section of the Main Menu offers a list of up to the minute reporting links that provide the user with a snapshot of the day's activities and revenues and expenses at a given point during the current day. To view the list of Quick View reports, click the Quick View tab on the Main Menu, next to the Quick Clicks menu.
Make a selection from the list of possible Quick View reports:
Today's Imports - a list of all of the order import cycles that were executed during the current day within the current data file
Today's Imported Orders - a summary of orders that were imported from all shopping carts within the current data file
Today's Manual Orders - a summary of orders that were placed manually on the current day within the current data file
Today's POS Orders - a summary of Point of Sale orders that were placed on the current day within the current data file
Today's Orders Combined - a list of orders that were placed on the current day from all sources (shopping carts, manual or POS) within the current data file
Today's Purchase Orders - a summary of any purchase orders have been created in the current day within the current data file
Select an Order State - choose an order state from the drop-down list to see all orders presently in that given state on the current day within the current data file
Example of the Quick View Today's Import screen:
Several of the Quick View screens also contain a button labeled View All Orders that will open the View Orders screen.
Except for the Today's Imports screen, all of the order-related screens allow the user to select a given order from the list and view more details about that order at the View Orders screen by clicking the View Selected Order button.
The Today's Purchase Orders screen contains a button, View All POs, that will open the Purchase Order Screen and allow the user to view all purchase orders.
Click the Close Quick View button to return to the Main menu.
