Stone Edge Technologies has only tested the hardware devices mentioned in our Knowledge Base's Hardware section. Other manufacturer's devices of a similar nature may also work with the program, but since we have not tested them, we are unable to offer advice regarding their purchase and setup.

The Epson TM-T88IV receipt printer has been tested and approved by Stone Edge Technologies for use with the Order Manager. Please follow the manufacturer's installation documentation for this device.
The Epson TM-T88III receipt printer is also approved for use with the Order Manager, and the drivers for this device are available at our web site, for users that have a current support contract.
