The Cancel Order screen is accessible via the button labeled "Cancel Order" in the upper right-hand corner of the Orders screen, if system parameter AllowCancelOrders is set to TRUE.
Orders can also be entirely deleted from the system via this screen, if system parameter AllowDeletingOrders is set to TRUE.
This screen is also used to cancel or delete line items from an order. Refer to the Cancel Line Item topic for more information.

this field is optional when cancelling an order and irrelevant when deleting an order
it is used to document the reason that an order was cancelled
if this button is clicked, the order that is currently being viewed will be marked as cancelled, but will remain in the system
if this button is clicked, the order that is currently being viewed will be completely deleted from the system
use this button with caution, and it would be wise to secure the use of this button via the security system so that a limited number of associates have access to it
when clicked, this button will cause the program to exit this screen and return to the Orders screen, without taking any action against the currently viewed order.
