Real-Time Inventory Synchronization with ChannelAdvisor

The Order Manager integration with ChannelAdvisor provides the option to Synchronize Inventory at the SKU level. Follow these steps to set up the Synchronize Inventory function between the Order Manager and your ChannelAdvisor shopping cart. Synchronize Inventory
  1. Contact your ChannelAdvisor account manager and obtain your Account ID for API usage.

  2. Go to the Main Menu> Maintenance Menu> Maintenance tab> Set System Parameters button.

  3. Select the Program parameter group.

  4. Highlight the SynchQOH and set the parameter value to True. Click Save.

  5. Click Close.

  6. Click on the Main Menu> Quick Clicks> Create/Edit Shopping Cart button.

  7. On the Shopping Carts screen, click Edit Cart. (If you have more than one cart, select your ChannelAdvisor cart from the Current Carts List, then click Edit Cart.)

  8. Enter the Account ID for API usage number in the Inventory API Acct field. Click Save.

  9. Click the Synchronize Inventory check box.

  10. Click Save and then Close to exit the Shopping Carts dialog box.
