Release Highlights:

Improved Integration with Monsoon Pro

The integration between the Stone Edge Order Manager and Monsoon Pro continues to improve to help online merchants operate more efficiently. This release focused on several areas based upon feedback from customers using both products:

• Improved product export capabilities including data validation to prevent export of incomplete or errant data and additional fields that can be exported from Order Manager to Pro
• Adherence to Amazon parameters when marketplace is identified as Amazon including exclusion of FBA Orders from Order Manager, printing paperwork, and all shipping components (e.g. – reports, Pack & Ship)

Extended ShipRush capabilities for FedEx shipping

FedEx shipping integration now supports rate look-up in real time so you can show customers the price of shipping at the time of order. Additionally, integrated shipping label/packing slips are now available for FedEx as they are for UPS shipments.

More flexible Alternate SKU assignment

Merchants who use multiple shopping carts will benefit from new alternate SKU capabilities. Alternate SKUs can now be assigned by shopping cart type.  In future releases this may also allow the program to send the alternate SKU(s) to the shopping cart in addition to the primary SKU for QOH replacement or synchronization, keeping inventory in sync.

Better installation support for Windows Vista/Windows 7

With this release, Order Manager can be seamlessly installed on machines with Windows Vista/Windows 7, decreasing time to installation and removing issues associated with registering ActiveX controls and other dependencies.

Introduction of Stone Edge Feedback Program

To support our efforts to continuously improve Order Manager to better meet your needs, we’re introducing a formal feedback mechanism within the product. If you choose to participate, information about your usage of features and capabilities within Order Manager will be tracked and submitted to Stone Edge for use in improving the product.
