Support Contracts

Maintenance Contracts are essential for staying current with the latest version of the Order Manager. They are also required to receive technical support from the Stone Edge Technologies support staff.

Support Contracts entitle you to technical support, either by telephone or email, and to new releases of the Order Manager. They are good for one year from the date of purchase. Support contracts for the Standard and Plus POS Versions of the Order Manager include up to 3 hours of support time. Contracts for the Enterprise Version are good for up to 5 hours of support time.

  • As a merchant, you will depend on your Stone Edge software to keep your business running smoothly. When you have a problem, it’s important to know that help will be available.
  • We are constantly adding new features to our programs as they are requested by other merchants like you. Extended Support contracts are worth the price for the program updates alone.
  • Program updates are also needed when systems that work with the Order Manager, such as shopping carts, credit card gateways and shipping systems, are changed in ways that require revisions to our software.
  • Your Extended Support fees help Stone Edge maintain the high level of support that you depend on.

For Enterprise Version Users

For Standard & PlusPOS Version Users

Add To CartLapsed Support Contracts – $750.00
Choose this option if it has been more than two years since you last purchased Extended Support, but not more than 3 years.

Note: Users who have not maintained a support contract for over 3-years are not eligible for updates and must re-purchase the Order Manager at the current price.
