Assisted Support
Our software products include a year of technical support and program updates, beginning with the date of purchase. That includes up to 3 or 5 hours of support time, depending on the product. After the first year, a current support contract is required for assistance from our support staff and to download new releases of our programs. Support renewals can be purchased here.

Other Support Services
Express Setup
A three-hour session via telephone and remote access to your computer during which we help you install and configure the Order Manager and train you and your staff to begin using the program.
General Training
Live training sessions via telephone and remote access to your computer. Available on an hourly basis. To schedule time, contact Support.
Technical Support Contracts
Include a full year of support via phone and email, with up to 3 hours of support time (5 hours for the Enterprise Version). Include a full year of program updates. Purchasing an Extended Technical Support Contract is the only way to receive program updates. Updates include new features plus revisions required to support changes in the many shopping carts, shipping systems, credit card gateways and other systems that work with the Order Manager.
