"Fulfillment centers" are companies that store some of your inventory, then pick, pack and ship those items to your customers as needed to fill your orders.

External fulfillment through 3rd party fulfillment centers is easily accomplished with the Stone Edge Order Manager.   Send orders for items that get fulfilled through a fulfillment center by sending text or CSV files, PDF’s, or emails.  

  • Streamline the process of placing orders with fulfillment centers, whether they are company-owned or independent contractors.
  • Create any number of “fulfillment centers”.
  • Specify how each fulfillment center wants to receive orders
    • Separate email for each order, with optional attached .pdf of your packing slip.
    • Tab- or comma-delimited text files with multiple orders.
    • Text files and email messages are based on user-definable templates and different formats can be used for each fulfillment center.
  • Assign products to fulfillment centers individually or by category.
  • Easily handles orders with any combination of items from multiple fulfillment centers and drop shippers and items that you ship from your own stock.
  • As you approve orders for shipping, the Order Manager automatically sends the appropriate orders to your fulfillment centers!
