This action cannot be performed on Approved Orders. You must first un-approve the order then perform the cancel or delete.
To cancel or delete one line item from an order, select the item you wish to cancel then click the Delete button. The Cancel Line Item form will appear.
Cancelling Line Items
Enter the reason for the cancellation then click on the Cancel the Item button. If the order was already paid for, the program will display the credit due to the customer, taking into account any sales taxes, discounts, surcharges, restocking fees, etc.
Deleting Line Items
Click on the Delete the Item button. This will remove the line item from the order. If the order was already paid for, the program will display the credit due to the customer, taking into account any sales taxes, discounts, surcharges, restocking fees, etc.
