To troubleshoot an issue, please consider the following:
It is normal for the Order Manager to be in constant communication with the Internet. A brief lapse in your internet connectivity could yield an unexpected error or cause lag-time (when the program "hangs" or is unresponsive) while the program is attempting online communication.

You may also try the following:
Occasionally your Order Manager data file may become corrupt. This can be happen if a computer is turned off or loses power while the Order Manager is in use, among other factors including the version of your operating system.
Most corruption problems can be fixed easily using the Compact and Repair feature of Microsoft Access. Note that sometimes one or more of your data file's indexes may not be recovered.
Close the Order Manager on each workstation.
Re-start the Order Manager on one workstation only.
From the Main Menu, press Ctrl^Shift^i. This process takes a few minutes and you will see a message box telling you the process is complete.
This function is designed to fix problem installations. It attempts to do the following:
compact and repair your data file
un-register and re-register custom controls
delete problem references
rebuild data file indexes
delete SETI.INI file
recompile the Order Manager program
clear all table links
Close the Order Manager on each workstation.
Re-start the Order Manager on one workstation only.
From the Main Menu, press Ctrl^Shift^f. This process takes a few minutes and you will see a message box telling you the process is complete.
Click Okay to close the Order Manager.
Restart the program.
When prompted, click No to open an existing store.
Select your store and click Okay.
