Error Message: File or Reference is Missing
Background
User receives an error message indicating a file or reference is missing.
Cause
A control or controls have become un-registered because a file has been moved from its default location or another program was un-installed and a shared file was removed.
Solution
Run the Fix Everything Function to re-register all controls.
