Managing Customers

The Subscription Customers screen allows you to quickly view a customer's subscription history and their shipping and billing address histories. To access the Subscription Customers form, click Manage Customers on the Subscription Manager's Main Menu.

The customer's information is displayed at the top of the screen. The customer's subscriptions are listed on the Subscriptions tab below. To view a subscription, click in the appropriate row and click the View Subscription button.

The Billing Addresses tab displays all current and previous billing addresses recorded for this customer and the Shipping Addresses tab displays all of their current and previous shipping addresses.

Note: Shipping and billing addresses cannot be changed at this form, they can only be reviewed. All address changes must be made at the Manage Subscriptions form.
