If you choose to process credit card transactions in your shopping cart and not in the Order Manager, there are two system parameters you must set:
AssumePaidInFull (Order group) - Set to True.
WebTransactionType (Credit Cards group) - Select Sale to actually charge the customer's credit card in your shopping cart. The default is Pre-Authorize.
