The eBay Functions button on the Cart Functions tab of the Maintenance Menu is the location from which you export eBay order status information to Blackthorne.
Go to the Main Menu>Maintenance Menu>Cart Functions tab.
Click on the eBay Functions button. Depending on which program you use, you will see one of two dialog boxes:
