If you encounter difficulty importing orders from MonsterCommerce, verify that the Cart User Name and Password and Script URL are correct from the Create / Edit Shopping Carts screen.

Some merchants may encounter difficulty downloading product information from MonsterCommerce. Most often, some products are not downloaded and imported into the Order Manager because the MaxOrderDownload system parameter is set too low.
You can increase the maximum number of products to download at a time on the Shopping Cart Functions screen:
