Personalization fields for products are only supported in the Order download from MonsterCommerce. The data will appear in the "Freeform Options" Field for the line item as follows: "Customer Text: Personalization Question 1 = customer selection; Personalization Question 2 = customer selection; etc..."
If you need this data to appear on any of the reports such as Invoice or Packing Slip, you'll need to (or we can) customize the report to include the Freeform Options field.
The Order Manager does not bring the Personalization fields down during a product download so you would not be able to see or maintain this information in the Order Manager's Inventory screens.
