Troubleshooting Integration with Altura

If you encounter difficulty importing orders from Altura, use the following checklist to troubleshoot the problem:

 

  1. Check the shopping cart setup. Are the username, password and script URL correct?

  2. Is the Catalog ID correct?

  3. Are orders from Altura posting to the Stone Edge server? If Yes, contact Stone Edge Technologies to further troubleshoot the problem. If you are not sure whether or not orders from Altura are posting to the Stone Edge server, contact Altura.
