Multi-Select

Overview

The Multi-Select button on the Enter Orders Manually form opens the Select Items to Order (Add Items to Order) screen, which allows you to select multiple items and quantities to be added as line items simultaneously to the current order.

This form can also be accessed on the Kits tab of the Inventory screen, and on the Create New POs tab of the Purchase Order screen when the Order Individual Items button is selected.

How to use this screen

• It is possible to filter the list of items displayed at this screen based on the data entered in the SKU/Name begins with or the SKU/Name includes fields. To remove the filter, click the Show All button.

• Use the Sort By drop-down list to rearrange the order of the items by the SKU or another field in the list; the buttons sort the list in ascending or descending order.

• To add an item or items to the order, enter a value in the Qty to Order column for each product and click the OK button.
