The Global Editor is used to make the same change or changes to a large group of products all at the same time.
For example, you can use the Global Editor to:
change the category of all products with SKUs that begin with "ABC".
change the reorder point of all products with the word "silver" in their name that are also in the XYZ category to "12".
change the location of all products in location "A" that have a certain value in a custom text field to location "B".
**Important Note**: Back-up your data file before performing a Global Edit as there is no way to reverse it.
