Enter Barcodes

Use the Enter Barcodes dialog box to enter barcodes for inventory items.

 

Enter Barcodes

 

  1. Go to the Main Menu>Maintenance Menu>Inventory & Suppliers tab>Enter Barcodes button.

  2. The Enter Barcodes dialog box opens:

  1. All SKUs in your inventory are listed. You can filter the orders using the Sort by: options or the Find: options.

  2. Select an item using the arrow keys on the keyboard or by left-clicking.

  3. Scan the barcode.

  4. If you make a mistake and scan the wrong barcode, scan the correct barcode. The program will prompt you to override the incorrect barcode as in the image below. Click OK.

  1. To exit the Enter Barcodes dialog box, click Close.
