New features in version 2.144, release date 10/16/2003:

• Duplicate Product form - now copies Option Lists.
• Modified Edit Options form: when you use the Change Prices button, if the original price is at the end of the Option and/or Code, the new price will be inserted there. 
• ProcessTag: check for presence of ListHeader field.
• Fixed "Unassigned" button on Levels / Product Assignments tab. 
• Added "by SKU" option to Alphabetize button on Levels form and to Order of Appearance form. 
• Resize Forms option now resizes Levels form.
• Modified MakePagesFromTemplate so additional Category pages would be built when there are both a Category loop and a Subcategory loop on the same page.
• Allow Y or Current in Category and Subcategory parameters of SubcategoryDropDown and GroupDropDown tags to just show subcats in current cat, or groups in current cat and subcat.
• Revised ACartCrossSellSellStart tag with newer code from main AC Buy Start tag.
• Added Don’t Build Page option to Subcategories and Groups.
• Added More Information Text to Export .mdb.
• Added option to the Build Pages screen to only build pages for products that are assigned to at least one level page. Added similar option to Product Upload Filter for building text files to upload into ShopSite.
• Added Browse button for Images on Levels form. 
• Added Font parameter to tags for Page Link Tables.
• Modified Change Option Prices form to also change prices in Option and Code fields.
• Added tag Product Option List Name; for use within a Product Option loop that uses Product Option Drop Down Lists
• Added way to display a special graphic for newly added products. See system parameters NewProductGraphic and NewProductDays and new tag NewProductGraphic. 
• ShopSite Product Upload: if a product has one option list, and the product is marked Hide Out of Stock Options, any sub SKUs from the option list that are out of stock will not be included in the text file for uploading into ShopSite so your customers cannot select options that are out of stock. Also, fixed problem where items with any out of stock options were treated as out of stock, and items with QOH=NULL are treated as out of stock.

New Features Added, 2/28/03 thru 4/1/03:

• Fixed problem with Page Numbers tag sometimes generating 1 too many pages.
• Products form now default to selecting/showing the first option list (if any).
• New tag: Cross Sell Long Description.
• New form: Change Option Prices. Access via Maintenance Menu. Lets you select one or more products, then select an option and price that are common to all of the selected products, and change the price of that option for all of them.
• Added Format= parameter. Use in some Product field tags, e.g. Price. Examples: <!-- SETI Price format=0 --> will remove all formatting from a numeric field; <!-- SETI Price format=£ 0.00 --> will use the British pound sign.
• New Features Added, 1/21/03 thru 2/28/03:
• Americart Option tags: If an Option List has no Options, and the List has a Prompt, the program will insert a text box instead of an option list for that option. Uses new parameter TextOptionSize (in Buttons group) to set the width of the text boxes. 
• Added button to copy one option list from another product. 
• Added full support for any 3 or 4 letter page extension (.htm, .html, etc.). System will use extension in FileName field if there is one; otherwise, it uses the system default. 
• Added Edit Product Options form - access from Maintenance Menu. 
• Added Store Name parameter in ECA parms - will default to same as Company Name from PM data; user can then change it; so multiple ECA stores sharing the same PM data can have different names displayed at the ECA Main Menu. 
• Added parameter BuildPageLocation. 
• Revised ShopSite option HTML to support Order by SKU. 
• Allow commas in text fields in Multi-Record Editor.
• Added new tag "Page Numbers"; use on Category, etc. pages where you may get more than one page. Inserts 1 2 3 4 etc. as clickable links for the correct number of pages.

New Features Added, 8/23/02 thru 1/21/03:

• Added Delete Template button to Template Editor. 
• Added Prefix, Suffix and Label to Product List tags so you can format product lists with your own HTML. If either Prefix or Suffix is present, the list will be built in an HTML table instead of an HTML list. 
• Added custom text & memo fields for Categories, Subcategories and Groups. 
• Program will now add HTML comments with Stone Edge credits to each generated page (set parameter ShowCredits to FALSE to stop adding those comments).
• Added parameters UsePagePrefix and PagePrefix. Use if putting Product, Category, Subcategory and Group pages in subfolders of main output folder.
• Added tag CrossSellWebName. 
• Re-wrote tag processor for handling Product loops so they can be used within other loops. 
• Added Left, Middle and Right string functions to Field Math. The program will insert whatever is to the left of the delimiter you specify, to the right of the delimiter, or in between two delimiters. Put the delimiter(s) in the "Field 2 Name or Value" parameter in your tag. Left and Right only use one delimiter (e.g. "-"). Mid requires 2 delimiters (e.g. "-;" put both delimiters, just the 2 characters, in the "Field 2 Name or Value" parameter).
• At the Products form, in the Edit mode, you can now edit Product Options.
• Added Alphabetize button to Levels form and DontAlphabetize field to all levels.
• Added SQL Server compatibility. Requires additional module (additional fee required - contact Stone Edge for more info).
• Added Setup Wizard, Shipping Rates form, Build Sub SKUs function, ShopSite Product Upload and Multi-Record Editor. 
• Combined tables Products and Extra Product Fields into the Products table. 
• Added import of custom fields to Import from Access Database. 
• Added Categories, Subcategories, Groups & Products to Add Links form.
• Added separate Sample Template display and tag filters to Template Editor. 
• When editing a Template, Shift/Tab will now insert 5 spaces at the cursor. 
• Added tag ACBuyEndNoView tag.

• Added SortBy parameter to Category, Subcategory and Group drop-down lists: leave blank for default sort or enter any field name from the Category, Subcategory or Group table (except Memo fields, which cannot be used for sorting). 
• Added tag BuildEmptyGroupPages.
• Added Quick Search to Products form: press control/shift/S to search by SKU or control/shift/P (for Product), I (for Item), L (for Local Name) or N (for Name) to search by Local Name.
• Changed Option display at Products form: Set up option lists first. Each list can have a name/code (e.g. Color or Size) and a prompt that the customer will see. Click Add to add a list. You can then edit the name/code and prompt in the form. For the individual options, select the list to view in the Select List drop-down list; then edit the options as before.

New Features Added 8/14/02:

• Added system parameter SSUseSKUs for ShopSite 6+ Add to Cart buttons. If TRUE, Order Anywhere Tag buttons and forms will use product SKU instead of ID number. Avoids problems with out-of-synch product IDs. If FALSE, buttons will use product IDs. 
• Fixed bug where custom text & integer field drop-down lists where showing data from Products instead of data from Extra Product Fields.
• Added support for page output to subfolders of main output folder. To use this feature, enter partial path names in the Filename field for each Product.
• Added system parameter ResizeForms (in Program group). If TRUE, the Template Editor and Preview browser forms will re-size to let them show more text if your screen resolution is greater than 600 x 800.
