The Order Manager interfaces with Amazon.com via Amazon's Marketplace, ZShops and/or Amazon Seller Central. To use the Order Manager with Amazon.com you must establish a Seller Central, Marketplace or ZShop account with Amazon.com.

For Seller Central merchants, the Order Manager supports both the text file and XML interfaces. XML users can take advantage of the Order Managers integration with WASH (Wrinkle Brain Amazon Soap Handler) to not only import orders, but also to upload product data and sales status information back to Amazon.com.
